11/12/2017 · IE9 would not install after a fresh install of Windows 7. Fix-it did not work. Neither did the offline installer. I tried it on a total of 3 different computers with the same results. I only got it back on my work computer through the WSUS server. I tried it late yesterday and it started working. I just tried it again now and it is working so I suspect it may be working again.
